Was specially nominated for HR Flagship program to develop system design role by rotating across functions to became the youngest system design engineer globally to handle end-2-end system level turbine design, with direct customer interface for 4 projects with global teams of upto 24 members.

1.NPI: Won GE Management Award for leading A16-26” NPI collaborating with 25 member global task force, to release the long lead fabrication drawings in 21 weeks, a record 50% ahead of regular time & best producibility review comments by implementing all best practices and customizing project wbs network of activities.
2.Lead Product Structuring: for C7 Fleet, helping Supply chain teams to cope up with unforeseen China Earhtquake to meet customer timelines but also making it a flagship cross selling offering, which was a hit in market with more then 12 back to back orders each worth >$25Mn USD.
3.Global Suppliers: Led global manufacturing and supplier engineering teams on process planning, supplier qualification, inspection and quality records to enhance global footprint of engineering vendor qualifications across Poland, China, Brazil, US and Italy saving $30Mn over 9 projects winning global Direct Material Productivity Award.
4.Business Process: Adopted Value stream Mapping for requirement, change management and stakeholder management resulting in in 35% leaner process and 50% reduction in overall cycle time for standardized new designs. This was acclaimed as best six sigma implementation of the quarter.
5.Quality: Authored best practices ISO level 4 documentations on Design Practices in planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, supplier management, risk identification/mitigation, installation.
6.ESG & CSR: Active Organizing & Participating member in CSR initiatives of Teaching time at Govt. school, Time with Traffic Police Officials, Health Ahead Happy Always (HAHA), Celebration & Painting Premises of Swanthana (Home for children with disabilities).
